Our Objective?
In the guise of online shopping, we are starting big things in Pakistan by revolutionizing education, wellbeing and renewable energy sector. 50% of our profit goes back into our 3 key projects where we intend to offer best in class education from the top universities for Pakistani’s free of cost. Our mission is pretty simple. We only bring the imported merchandise in Pakistan from North America and Europe. We sell the same merchandise by carrying the warranty ourselves. You buy from one place and if you don’t like it, then you return it to us.
What is our focus?
Our focus is how customers experience online shopping in Pakistan. We are a Pakistani company, treating Pakistani in the same way as Western companies treat their user. Our Team consists of People coming from FTSE 100 organizations, where their sole focus is customer service excellence. Our grand plan is to offer Pakistani the best in class service and create a company on that foundation
What is our refund policy?
Angraze refund policy is pretty straightforward! We provide cash on delivery service. Please inspect the item at the doorstep before paying for it. If you don’t like the merchandise then you can return the item to the rider without any charge. If you choose to keep the item, then we offer 1 week of return policy, as long as the item is not used, worn or damaged and its in original condition. We will provide you a full refund within 1 week. For Nafi members, our return and exchange policy is 40 days. What payments are methods accepted?
At this moment in, we are only accepting COD (Cash on Delivery). Direct Bank Transfer EasyPay will be introduced soon.
Where do you deliver?
For Karachi we offer COD. For other major cities, we offer easypaisa and bank transfer which will be introduced soon.
Delivery time for the item?
We will strive to deliver you the item within 24-48 hours, where our rider will be at your doorstep.
Taxes and delivery charges?
The price you see on the website includes both the taxes and delivery fee. We do not charge these items separately.

Our Inventory?
We are buying merchandise from North America and Europe and importing it to Pakistan directly to ensure that people of Pakistan get the same quality as if they are buying it from these regions. Our stock is presently limited as we are building it slowly to cater the demand. Rest assured we will have adequate stock in few months time. For now the sale of the item is on a first come, first serve. On the other hand, our concierge inventory is pretty huge which resides in the USA. You Can become a member and order anything from our concierge items. You can also order anything that you like from North America via our concierge service. How do I determine clothing size?
We buy inventory from North America and Europe directly. All clothing sizes are based in North America and European sizes. However, we will ensure that they fit you with perfection. All size guides will be provided at your disposal as we are working on it. We are also in the process of creating an app which will allow you to customize your shopping experience while buying from our website. Please stay tuned on that front as this is a major undertaking for us and will take some time.
